Über diese Pharmacy - Operations Associate Stelle bei Atria Physician Practice New York PC
About Atria:
The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members’ annual fee.
Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time, all while bringing humanity back into health care. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence.
We successfully opened our flagship Institute in New York in 2022, expanded to South Florida in 2024, and will be bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026.
About this role:
Atria is looking for an Operations Associate to own end-to-end shipping and fulfillment of our medical kits. You’ll ship roughly 100 kits per week and serve as the go-to person for kit-related questions across the organization. This is a hands-on, in-person role that rewards precision and pride in the details —our kits reach patients, and how they arrive matters.
You’ll report to the Operations Manager and work closely with our Pharmacist and Care Coordinator team.
What you’ll do:
•Prepare, pack, and ship ~20 medical kits per day (~100/week) via FedEx and courier service, with care taken in presentation and packaging quality
•Assemble shipping materials and handle the physical build-out of kits and boxes •Track shipments end-to-end and proactively resolve delays, exceptions, or delivery issues •Own final Quality Assurance on every outgoing kit: accuracy of patient information, completeness and correctness of contents, and presentation quality — the last check before a kit reaches a patient
•Extract and filter patient data to determine shipping priority for name tags attached to the kits, manage weekly ordering of custom name tags through a third-party vendor and coordinate USPS shipments as needed
•Serve as the primary point of contact for kit-related questions from Care Coordinators and other internal teams via Slack
•Maintain inventory of kit components and shipping supplies; flag reorder needs before they become blockers
•Track fulfillment data in Google Sheets and surface trends and issues to the Operations Manager
•Handle patient and health information in accordance with HIPAA and internal privacy standards •Document and improve fulfillment workflows as volume grows
Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour
Requirements
•Experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or a similar hands-on coordination role
•Working understanding of HIPAA and comfort handling sensitive health information
•Strong attention to detail and a high standard for presentation — small errors have real downstream consequences
•Comfort with Google Sheets (lookups, filters, basic formulas); experience with Omni Analytics or similar BI tools a plus
•Familiarity with FedEx/USPS shipping platforms and label tools like Avery
•Ability to handle the physical demands of daily packing and box assembly
•Clear communicator who can be a reliable point of contact across teams in Slack
•Able to juggle recurring weekly tasks alongside ad-hoc requests without dropping either
•Nice to have: experience in healthcare, pharmacy, concierge service, operations
