Entry level position into meeting & events industry. This role will be responsible for review and processing of event-based contracts through the client’s online application for internal review and approvals. 

Skill set and requirements include strong verbal and written communication, confidence working in a variety of computer applications, ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work well in a team environment and individually.  Willingness to learn and take on other areas of the business to support onsite Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Coordinator based on customer needs.

This is a fully remote role; you need to be based in Poland or Spain.

What you'll be doing:

• Meets all deadlines as established by Team Leader.
• Maintains accurate records, data input, and complete file management as outlined in American Express GBT and client policies and procedures.
• Actively participate to improve inter-departmental processes, systems, and communications.

What we're looking for:

• Fluency in English and German
• At least 1 year of event management experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Proven organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple demands.
• Ability to work accurately and timely – to meet deadlines.
• Ability to be flexible and handle change well.
