Description -

You will be part of the team managing WW PS category business planning, business management process and business insights and analysis. You will support business management teams for PS Managed divisions and support the teams on Business reviews, Quarter execution analysis along with business recommendations. You will act as a key advisor to Business Management team in influencing the strategic direction of the business. You will contribute to drive right business discussions with right content during BMS reviews with strong business acumen. You will prepare some business presentations shared afterwards with top HP executives. You will interact with a large number of teams (Markets category, Business Management, Finance, GBU, Product Management, Supply chain, Marketing, Alliances, …) and you will coordinate teams work to meet the timelines and expected deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis and insight (share, business results) for key business checkpoints to company executives

• Leads complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, and identifies recommendations and insights

• Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps

• Leads cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities

• Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations

• Partners with business leaders to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities

• Develops go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks

• Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions

• Provides business rational and risk assessment for making HP investments in their area of focus.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Technical and data manipulation skills Ability to leverage new analytical way to develop creative approaches to business analysis, Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Excel, statistical analysis, and financial modeling

• Business and Financial Acumen' Strong business and financial acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations. Understands the portfolio aspect of HP's products/services and how the businesses work together.

• Execution Management' Collaborates effectively with HP BUs and value chain partners to ensure operational responsiveness to challenges, and alignment with business imperatives

• Change Management' Develops methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization.

• Problem Solving- Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensures comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prepare Executive presentations with key messages, story and in a concise way

• Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting
