We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to lead our paid acquisition.

You will join Mindly at a very exciting stage: the product is already proven, profitable, and growing fast, but there is a huge opportunity to build and scale.

You’ll own one of the company’s key growth engines and help take Mindly into new international markets. That means going beyond campaign optimization: researching markets, understanding local economics, developing go-to-market strategies, testing new channels, and building repeatable acquisition models.

• Build the performance marketing function around you — define processes, shape the team, hire A-players, and create the way this function operates

• Performance marketing at Mindly is deeply connected to the product team, so you’ll have a real opportunity to influence the business beyond paid traffic

Your responsibilities:

Be the owner of performance marketing at Mindly. This is a role for someone who wants to build, grow and challenge themselves not wait for tasks to be assigned. You’ll decide what needs to happen next, set ambitious goals, and take full responsibility for achieving them.

• Own and scale paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google and TikTok

• Drive international expansion — conduct deep market research, identify promising markets, develop go-to-market strategies, launch new markets, validate their economics, and scale

• Build your own high-performing team — hire and develop a strong team of A-players around the goals and challenges of the function

• Continuously test new hypotheses across markets, audiences, channels, creatives and funnels. Move fast, learn quickly, and double down on what works

• Work closely with Creative, Design and Analytics to develop hypotheses, launch experiments, analyze results, and turn insights into action

• Partner closely with Product Team—connect marketing insights with product strategy, customer experience and growth

• Work directly with the co-founders on strategic decisions around growth, market expansion, investment priorities and the overall performance marketing roadmap

Your skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience

• Proven track record scaling paid acquisition on Meta and Google Ads (TikTok is a plus)

• Strong understanding of key performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, hook rate) and how they connect to product metrics

• Experience managing budgets and making prioritization calls across channels

• Analytical mindset — you're comfortable digging into data yourself, not just reading dashboards

• Confident using AI tools to speed up your own and your team's workflow

• Proactive and hands-on, ready to take ownership of the whole function

Nice to have:

• Experience launching and scaling new markets

• Experience building or managing a performance marketing team
