We are looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant to join our HR team and become an important part of a stable international company within the Sandvik Group. We are seeking a professional who is not afraid of legislative changes, enjoys working with data, and can be a reliable partner for both employees and management.

What you will do

• Manage the complete payroll process for employees

• Administer payroll and employment-related documentation

• Communicate with health insurance companies, social security authorities, and other institutions

• Process sickness benefits, wage garnishments, and payroll deductions

• Cooperate closely with HR and Finance teams

• Prepare payroll reports and statistics

• Support employees with payroll, benefits, and employment-related questions

• Monitor legislative changes and ensure their implementation in practice

Who we are looking for

• You have experience managing payroll independently.

• You have a good understanding of Czech payroll and labour legislation.

• Office 365 is one of your regular working tools.

• Communicative English skills

• You work accurately, systematically, and maintain confidentiality.

• You are well organized and can meet deadlines.

• You enjoy communicating with people and finding solutions.

It is a plus if you have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of Workday, Perm or other HR systems

• Experience with digitalization of HR and payroll processes
