About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for a candidate interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the Pastry Department.

 

What you will do

During the internship in our Pastry Department you will gain valuable knowledge about different types of food preparation. As Pastry Intern, you will prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets and fruit compotes according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

 

What you bring

A genuine passion for food preparation and basic culinary knowledge.

Team work and flexible approach.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian language.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Milan and available from September 2026. All successful candidates must possess legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
