Location: Charles Hurst Parts Centre
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Fri - 8.30am - 5.00pm, Sat 1 in 3 9.00am - 1.00pm
Salary: OTE up to £33,444 £29,444 basic plus bonus up to £3,000

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in telesales or trade environment (preferred no essential)
* Strong communication & customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer‑focused telesales operation
* Passion for automotive products & solutions
Duties include:
*Assisting the Parts department with daily duties
* Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop
* Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
* Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
* Answering call from customers
* Providing excellent customer care
