Über diese Partnerships Sales Manager Stelle bei Strive Pharmacy

Strive Pharmacy · Remote · Remote (US)

Company Overview:

Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy built on a simple conviction: medicine should fit the patient, not the other way around. We started Strive because we believed the pharmaceutical industry was overdue for a more human approach—one that prioritizes individualized care, clinical nuance, and genuine partnership with patients and providers.

Compounding gives us the tools to do that. Every formulation we prepare is built to the specific needs of a specific person, and every interaction we have is guided by that same commitment to personalized care.

We're growing, and we're looking for people who share that conviction. If you're ready to be part of a pharmacy that takes the work seriously and the people even more seriously, we'd like to meet you.

Mission:

Strive exists to disrupt an industry long overdue for a more personal approach to care. We put the human element at the center of everything: every formulation, every patient interaction, every provider partnership. We're not just a compounding pharmacy. We're a team on a mission to change what personalized healthcare looks and feels like.

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Pharmacy, Operations, Finance, and other teams to evaluate prospective partnerships and confirm operational and regulatory feasibility.
  • Coordinate the transition of closed partnerships into implementation, onboarding, and ongoing account management processes.
  • Ensure commitments made during the sales process are clearly documented, communicated, and supported by the appropriate internal teams.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers, clinical leaders, executives, and operational stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through additional services, locations, product offerings, patient populations, or strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance, satisfaction, growth, and engagement in collaboration with account management and operational teams.
  • Address partnership concerns promptly and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues that could affect performance, retention, or reputation.
  • Represent Strive Pharmacy at conferences, trade shows, networking events, partner meetings, and other business development activities.
  • Track market conditions, competitive activity, industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the pharmacy and healthcare landscape.
  • Share market intelligence and partner feedback with leadership to support product, service, operational, and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales collateral, campaigns, case studies, outreach strategies, and partner facing materials.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Strive’s services, formulations, workflows, operational capabilities, service levels, and differentiators.
  • Conduct all sales and partnership activities in accordance with applicable healthcare, pharmacy, privacy, anti kickback, advertising, and company compliance requirements.

Über Strive Pharmacy

Company Overview

Before we opened Strive Pharmacy we were unsatisfied with the current state of the pharmaceutical industry. Most of the current pharmaceuticals only offer a one-size-fits-all approach and often come with unwanted and potentially dangerous side effects. We found that through compounding we can offer a much more personalized solution to medicine.

Through this, we have been able to help patients get the results they are seeking for their personal needs. After years of working for corporate chains, we took the risk and opened Strive Pharmacy. We are dedicated to providing a better experience for each customer and clinic that we work with. Apply to become a Striver today!

Our Mission

We’re flipping the script with personal medicine. We strive to interrupt an industry that has been closed to personalized care, accessibility, and nuance for too long. We strive to shift a reactive view of self-care and ignite a proactive baseline-shifting approach to health for all. 'The human element’ is our crux and catalyst, driving all that we do, whether we’re interacting with patients, providers, or practices. We’re here to partner with those ready for a change. More than a compounding pharmacy, we’re on a mission to positively disrupt healthcare as we know it. Strive is about more than medicine. Strive is about striving for the personal side of healthcare
