THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner PR Manager Latam to our Communications team in São Paulo! 

This role will lead Partner Communications in Brazil, helping strengthen Wellhub’s position as a trusted growth partner for fitness and wellness providers. You will develop and execute communications strategies that engage our partner ecosystem, strengthen relationships, support business priorities, and demonstrate the value Wellhub creates for partners and the broader industry. You will work at the intersection of communications, business strategy, and reputation, partnering closely with Partnerships, Revenue, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Legal, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional teams. From strategic announcements and thought leadership to sensitive partner issues and industry positioning, you will help shape how Wellhub communicates with and about one of the most important communities in our ecosystem.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires exceptional writing, strong business acumen, stakeholder and project management skills, and the ability to turn complex business topics into clear and compelling narratives.

YOUR IMPACT

• Lead Partner Communications strategy in Brazil, developing messaging frameworks, value propositions, and narratives that support partner growth priorities and strengthen Wellhub’s positioning across the fitness and wellness ecosystem.
• Drive strategic partner storytelling and announcements, including partnerships, product launches, campaigns, brand activations, milestones, case studies, newsletters, executive communications, and other partner-facing content, collaborating directly with partners to identify compelling stories and opportunities.
• Establish thought leadership and industry positioning programs, developing executive content, monitoring industry and competitive trends, and identifying opportunities across earned media, speaking engagements, events, panels, and other channels to position Wellhub as a leader in the wellness and fitness industry.
• Own communications strategy for partner reputation and sensitive issues, partnering closely with Partnerships, Revenue, Legal, Product, and Customer Experience to anticipate risks and develop messaging, FAQs, stakeholder communications, executive guidance, and communications plans for complex partner-related business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to lead complex communications initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement, providing communications counsel and recommendations while managing multiple priorities and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Lead Wellhub’s partner-focused PR agency in Brazil, setting strategic priorities, objectives, and success metrics; guiding earned-media and industry storytelling programs; and holding the agency accountable for delivering meaningful visibility, reputation, and business impact.
• Define and track communications performance, using engagement, sentiment, earned-media, business, and market insights to evaluate impact, develop executive reporting, and continuously improve Partner Communications programs. Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research, analysis, planning, content development, and communications workflows while maintaining strong editorial judgment.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

• A strategic communications professional with previous experience in Communications, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Content Strategy, Partner Marketing, or related fields, with a track record of developing communications strategies that support business objectives.
• An exceptional writer and storyteller who can translate complex business topics, data, and market insights into clear and compelling narratives, messaging frameworks, executive communications, and presentations in both Portuguese and English. Intermediate Spanish is desirable. 
• A business-minded communications partner with strong understanding of media, content, digital channels, reputation, and stakeholder communications, and the ability to provide strategic counsel and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• An experienced project leader who can own complex cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A curious and analytical communicator who follows industry trends, customer and partner behavior, competitive dynamics, and market developments and can translate those insights into communications opportunities and proactive reputation management.
• An experienced external communications professional with the ability to lead PR agencies and earned-media programs, set clear objectives and success metrics, and build executive thought leadership and industry positioning.
• A forward-thinking communicator who embraces AI and emerging technologies, with experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate research, analysis, content development, planning, stakeholder engagement, or workflow optimization while maintaining strong editorial judgment, accuracy, and quality
