Part-Time Nanny– Montrose, Houston, TX

A family in the Montrose area of Houston, TX 77098 is seeking a warm, attentive, and reliable part-time caregiver for their infant (7 month old plus) daughter. 

Schedule:

• Friday or Saturday evenings
• 3+ hours per week
• Long-term position

• ASAP

Family Environment:Family Specifications:

• Smoke-free home
• Two friendly indoor cats in the home
• Home is currently not baby-proofed, so constant supervision and active engagement are required
• Values a caregiver who is patient and comfortable with contact naps, as no sleep training has been done

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care and active play for an infant
• Prepare and introduce solid foods
• Manage contact napping as needed
• Give baths if needed (e.g., after messy meal times or play)
• Maintain continuous supervision while engaging in play
• Perform light tidying, basic organizing, and cleanup related to the child

Requirements:

• Infant CPR certification
• Experience with introducing solid foods to infants
• Physical ability to lift and carry a baby

Preferred:

• 5+ years of infant care experience

Compensation:

• $19-$21 per hour (negotiable)
