ABOUT THE POSITION:
Packaging Manager at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: You will lead the execution of BURGA’s packaging projects. By translating creative visions into functional products, managing supplier relationships, and technically validating prototypes, you will ensure every package looks premium, works flawlessly, and meets our quality standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Monitor packaging trends and innovations to develop and pitch fresh packaging solutions that align with BURGA's brand identity.
- Lead packaging projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with product development, marketing, manufacturing, quality and B2B teams.
- Collaborate with global manufacturers to source cost-effective materials, brief them on requirements, and evaluate technical drawings.
- Order and rigorously test physical prototypes with actual products to validate functionality, structural integrity, and unboxing experience.
- Manage relationships with packaging vendors, overseeing production timelines, costs, and final quality control of manufacturing samples.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of experience in packaging development, project management, or a related field within consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing industries.
- Understanding of packaging materials, production processes, and supply chain operations.
- Experience managing packaging suppliers, technical specs, and coordinating production timelines.- Ability to balance creativity, functionality, cost-efficiency, and scalability in packaging solutions.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, ownership-driven personality who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
- Fluency in English.
SALARY: 3300 - 4500 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
