ABOUT THE POSITION
 
HR Business Partner at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
 
Your Role: you’ll work closely with team leads, helping them navigate people-related topics, develop their teams, and build a strong, engaged workplace culture. This role combines daily HR support with a focus on long-term team development and organizational growth.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO
 
- Support manufacturing team leads and employees on a wide range of day-to-day HR topics.
- Initiate and contribute to employee development initiatives, including competency building and team growth.
- Support key employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Advise team leads on people-related situations and best practices.
- Help drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Organize and support HR projects and continuous improvement of people processes.
- Use data, feedback, and market analysis to support strategic planning and continuous improvement.
- Handle difficult situations with a proactive approach and clear, calm decision-making.
 
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
 
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work closely with people.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in HR.
- Confidence in navigating complex or sensitive situations with empathy and clarity.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, or HiBob would be considered a plus. 

SALARY: 2300 - 3000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
