A Day in the Life:  

As a YESCO Sales Administrator, the primary goal is to collaborate with the sales team and provide support through administrative tasks such as data entry, account verification, campaign/contract creation, and market/demographic research. You will work to empower our Custom Signs Sales Executives by streamlining the sales pipeline and delivering a seamless experience for our advertisers.

You will work from a computer and be provided with the pertinent information to successfully begin the process of bringing to life each advertising campaign. This role works within our sales team and you will work closely with our Director of Sales. In addition to this primary responsibility, this role will help with other sales needs and items.

Training & Qualifications:

• Customer service knowledge and experience

• High school diploma
• Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone, and in writing
• Knowledge of contractual business is preferred, but not required
• Ability to operate computer, web-based software and telephone
• Excellent communication skills
