Job Description
To consult with business and provide appropriate solutions through diagnostics and developing and implementing programmes that increase organisational effectiveness aligned with Group business strategy, philosophy, and culture.To develop and implement training plans and programs which maintain and enhance the business provision of superior services to its customers.
To develop manpower capability upskilling strategies that will enable the organisation to accomplish its current and future goals.
- Draw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans to facilitate the provision of adequate financial resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure Organisational Effectiveness and change.
- Design strategy, roadmaps and detailed plans and deploy and measure impact.
- Update policies and processes in line with changes in legislation in area of responsibility.
- Manage and monitor diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an environment build on trust.
- Own and drive a standardised approach to organisation design, organisational and job architecture, and job catalogues.
- Manage development of role profiles within the organisation structure
- Audit and produce role profiles that comply to company standards and meet requirements.
- Conduct role evaluations.
- Partner with Business and Business Human Capital to bring meaningful change.
- Drive continuous improvement of Leadership Development in line with emerging capabilities.
- Lead, design and enable adoption of organisational effectiveness, change and people initiatives that support the desired workplace culture and that deliver the business strategy.
- Enable alignment of culture and performance through the entire Human Capital suite of solutions.
- Keep abreast of new innovations through ongoing research to identify and share leading practices, concepts, and benchmarks on a continual basis.
- Manage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives.
- Analyse information and reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposes.
- Identify, drive, and implement ideas, policies, procedures, standards, and frameworks to enhance sales and increase profit and manage future fit practice.
- Design Learning and development frameworks and interventions to close off identified manpower capability gaps, process improvements and change management support.
- Establish partnerships with Talent Management Partners to facilitate for the Talent Management Development agenda.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline.
- Professional HR certification ( eg. CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, SABPP) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 8-10 years' experience in Human Capital, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Change Management, or Organizational Effectiveness.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Proven experience leading organizational design, operating model reviews, workforce transformation, and change initiatives.
- Experience in strategy development, performance management, and people analytics.
