Position Summary:

Produce company products according to company existing production procedures, product and quality standards.

Work You’ll Do:

1. To finish all parts processing according to SOP and comply with technical requirements setting forth in the drawings and sop. SOP 标准规定的各种零件加工， 并符合图纸规定的技术要求；

2. To be responsible for setting relevant difficulties and questions during the production. 负责解决生产中相关疑难问题 ；

3. To use correctly various precise measuring instruments and be responsible for routinely tools repair and maintenance. 正确使用各种精密测量仪器， 并负责日常维护保养工作；

4. To be responsible for cleanness and maintenance to the machines and housekeeping of production area. 负责机床的维护保养以及生产区域的清洁；

5. To fulfill other works required by the supervisor and team leader. 完成上级交给的其他工作。

Operation - Manufacturing Team - CNC

运营部 - 制造团队 - CNC

Basic Qualifications:

- Technical secondary school or above; 中专及以上学历

- Major in mechanical and electrical integration, or CNC technology; 机电一体化或数控专业毕业

- 2+ years’ related experience, good team -working; 2年以上加工经验，有较强的团队合作精神
- Familiar with FANUC & SIEMENS; 熟悉法拉克及西门子系统
- Be experienced with CNC programs and mechanical drawings; 能够看懂程序和机械图纸
- Be able to operate CNC machine and selecting appropriate tools according to technical requirements 能操作数控车，并根据技术要求选择合适刀具
- Metal machining experience is preferred; 金属件加工经验者优先
- Creating program capability is preferred. 能编程者优先

Preferred Qualifications:

Having working experience in mechanical manufacturing plant is preferred.
