The Lang/NSSR operations hub is seeking a student employee to support administrative tasks in the Lang/NSSR operations hub. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing honorarium requests for guest speakers 

• Maintain and update expense tracking spreadsheets

• Update and prepare office signage and other materials as needed

• Providing general administrative and operational support for the Lang/NSSR joint operations hub

• Assisting with additional office tasks and special projects as assigned by team

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered student

• Ability to work 10 -15 hours per week onsite/hybrid

• Experience with google suite

WORK MODE: Hybrid/Split - Employees hired for this position have regularly scheduled, consistent percentage of time on campus (ex 1-4x/week) and also work some of the time remotely. #LI-DNI

Hourly Rate: $17 - $19

Responsibilities:

Student Assistant will support the Lang/NSSR Joint Operations Hub with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities include preparing honorarium requests for guest lecturers, inputting and maintaining expense tracking information, creating signage and materials as needed, and assisting with other administrative duties that arise to support daily office operations.
