As an Onestream Senior Associate, you will specialize in enhancing financial operations within organizations, focusing on assessing processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. Within our Finance practice, you will provide guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services, helping clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance and support to improve decision-making and financial strategy. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored financial solutions to optimize performance
- Assessing and improving the efficiency of financial operations within client organizations
- Designing and implementing solutions to streamline financial processes and enhance internal controls
- Providing guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation
- Managing financial shared services to reduce costs and improve operational effectiveness
- Utilizing financial data mining and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements to validate accuracy and compliance
- Supporting financial forecasting and budgeting processes to align with client goals
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for financial strategy enhancement
- Mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and understanding of financial operations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
