We are looking for an experienced One Identity Manager & IAM Developer to design, develop, customize, maintain, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions.

The role focuses primarily on One Identity Manager, with additional responsibility for API integrations between IAM platforms and related security systems. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including impact analysis, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, production support, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on IAM experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work within enterprise security, operational, SLA, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform impact analysis for new features, enhancements, and integration changes within One Identity Manager.
• Configure, customize, develop, and maintain One Identity Manager solutions.
• Create and review technical specifications, solution designs, implementation documents, and other IAM documentation.
• Develop new IAM features and enhancements based on business and technical requirements.
• Support API-based integrations between IAM platforms and security systems.
• Add, modify, and maintain integration connection destinations through APIs.
• Lead or support functional and technical testing of IAM changes.
• Coordinate releases, deployments, and implementation activities across development and production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within One Identity Manager and related IAM platforms.
• Monitor platform alerts, errors, and operational events and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage certificate renewals, platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance cycles.
• Support identity lifecycle processes and integrations involving Active Directory and related enterprise identity systems.
• Ensure IAM solutions comply with established security controls, operational standards, SLAs, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, technical stakeholders, and project teams to resolve IAM-related issues and dependencies.
• Maintain accurate technical and operational documentation throughout the application lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve IAM platform stability, automation, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across IAM development and managed services operations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, enterprise security platforms, or related technology domains.
• Strong hands-on expertise in One Identity Manager, including development, customization, configuration, and administration.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining enterprise IAM solutions.
• Strong experience with API integrations between IAM platforms and security or enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access management concepts.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise IAM platforms in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with upgrades, patching, certificate management, monitoring, and platform maintenance.
• Strong technical documentation and solution-design skills.
• Ability to perform impact analysis and assess technical dependencies across IAM environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience working within structured IT service management, SLA, security, and compliance environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
• Business-level English communication skills.
• One Identity Manager Developer or Administrator certification is an advantage.
• Experience working in financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to coordinate with Japanese stakeholders and work according to Japan-aligned operational requirements.
