Kerntaken
Dagelijkse aansturing
- Plannen en verdelen van dagelijkse taken met focus op continuïteit.
- Opvolgen van teamleden en bijsturen bij problemen.
- Creëren van een sterke teamgeest en stimuleren van cross‑training.
Communicatie & samenwerking
- Key contact voor eindgebruikers en SPOCs.
- Organiseren van teammeetings en maandelijkse operationele reviews.
- Duidelijke, snelle communicatie naar team en klant.
- Betrokkenheid in rekrutering: vacatures, interviews, onboarding.
- Definiëren en evalueren van individuele doelstellingen.
Veiligheid, kwaliteit & compliance
- Controleren van naleving van procedures, WI’s en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
- Up‑to‑date houden van trainingsplannen.
Administratie & projecten
- Maandelijkse KPI‑controle en rapportering.
- Actief meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en efficiëntieprojecten.
- Kansen signaleren voor verbetering en groei.
Profiel
- Achtergrond in de wetenschappen (ervaring in een lab- of technische omgeving).
- Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden (Ervaring in klantenservice is een pluspunt).
- Teamplayer met natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl.
- Veiligheidsbewust, kwaliteitsgericht en stressbestendig.
- Zeer goede kennis van het Office pakket (Outlook, Excel, ...)
- Sterk in de Nederlandse taal en een goede kennis van de Engelse taal (spreken, schrijven, begrijpen) zijn vereist.
