- LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire preferred
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
- CRT-Hand Therapist, Certified (CHT) - HTCC Hand Therapy Certification Commission Hand Therapy Program Upon Hire preferred
