About the Role 

The O&M Rule Expert 2 (O&M Integration Manager) shall lead the technical integration of O&M-related deliverables and activities.
The O&M Rule Expert 2 (O&M Integration Manager) shall be responsible for integrating multidisciplinary outputs across train operation, station operation, E&M systems, rolling stock, depot operation, building and facilities, and technology transfer, as well as across NSCR and MMSP where applicable, ensuring the quality, consistency, and applicability of O&M-related technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lead the multidisciplinary and cross-project coordination of O&M-related technical deliverables and activities;

• Prepare the MMSP Interoperation Plan, as supported by the relevant experts;

• Review and integrate multidisciplinary outputs/documentation to ensure the quality, consistency, and applicability of O&M-related technical deliverables before submission to the O&M Director;

• Identify technical gaps, inconsistencies, and interface issues affecting O&M requirements and coordinate their resolution with the relevant discipline-specific IOT member/s and/or GC team/s

• Provide technical guidance to the Senior O&M Integration Engineer and other IOT members on multidisciplinary and cross-project O&M matters;

• Advise and escalate significant technical integration issues to the O&M Director; and

• Perform other necessary duties to ensure the successful delivery of the consulting services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Railway Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's Degree is preferred.
