Join a high-performing neonatal team committed to clinical excellence, transparency, and exceptional patient outcomes. This is an opportunity to practice at the top of your license while working alongside experienced Neonatologists and Advanced Practice Providers who value teamwork, mentorship, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will provide advanced neonatal care across Level II and Level III NICU settings, managing a diverse patient population with varying levels of acuity. Providers are trusted to exercise strong clinical judgment, participate in patient management decisions, and deliver evidence-based care that supports both infants and their families.

Beyond direct patient care, you'll have opportunities to contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocols, education programs, and leadership development efforts. The organization actively encourages professional growth and supports providers who want to make a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and program development.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Flexible scheduling with both 12-hour and 24-hour in-house shift options
  • Strong APP leadership team focused on mentorship and provider success
  • Opportunity to practice across Level II and Level III NICUs
  • Collaborative culture where APPs are respected, supported, and highly valued
  • Active involvement in quality improvement, education, and clinical program development
  • Work with a team committed to evidence-based medicine and family-centered care

What We’re Looking For

  • Clinicians passionate about neonatal medicine and patient-centered care
  • Strong critical thinking and independent clinical decision-making skills
  • Team-oriented providers who thrive in collaborative environments

  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and education
  • Providers who value mentorship, communication, and continuous learning

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Value collaboration while maintaining clinical autonomy
  • Want exposure to varying levels of neonatal acuity
  • Are motivated by quality improvement and patient outcomes
  • Appreciate strong physician and APP support
  • Want scheduling flexibility and work-life balance

  • Prefer a role focused solely on routine patient care without additional leadership or educational opportunities

Why Join Us

You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians in NICUs with diverse acuity levels while benefiting from strong mentorship, leadership support, and a culture focused on continuous improvement.

If you're looking for a neonatal opportunity that offers scheduling flexibility, professional growth, clinical autonomy, and the ability to make a lasting impact on patients and families, we encourage you to apply.
