- Starters, drinks, and desserts may be shared or ordered individually.
- Choose different meals and drinks to allow staff the opportunity to suggest additional items before being asked.
- Mention a pretend allergy during the visit and observe how staff respond.
- Make an additional purchase at the bar during the visit.
- Observe staff interactions, service timing, and overall guest experience.
- Take photos where appropriate and keep all receipts.
