We're looking for a customer-focused Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers and driving sales. You'll ensure excellent customer service while identifying new business opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Taking care of existing customers and building long-term relationships
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Understanding customers' needs and offering suitable solutions
• Conducting active sales and identifying new business opportunities
• Preparing and managing contracts and keeping customer information up to date
• Maintaining accurate sales records and preparing reports

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has: 

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
• Proactive mindset and confidence in turning opportunities into results
• Ability to manage challenging situations and stay solution-focused under pressure
• Fluency in Estonian and English (Russian is a plus)
• Good Excel skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently
