Salary: up to £46,800 per annum plus company van and Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 per week with available overtime. Shifts - 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm and 11am-7pm. Once fully trained, the role will form part of the on-call rota for emergency calls out of core hours and at weekends. 

Location: Mobile across Chichester and surrounding areas (Bognor Regis and Midhurst)

What you'll be doing:

• Inspection and testing. 

• Maintenance and repair of all building fabric, boiler maintenance, electrical works including fault finding and repair. 

• Compliance with all company QHSE standards as a priority. 

• Supervision/interaction with contractors. 

• Daily meter readings and security checks. 

• Update and adhere to the PPM schedule. 

What we're looking for:

• Electrically qualified (Minimum City & Guilds) with proven electrical maintenance experience. 

• Must be able and willing to respond to callouts within the 30 minute contractual deadline. 

• Basic plumbing skills and exposure to commercial building maintenance. 

• Inspection and testing Qualification or the willingness to complete it within the first year, funded by Veolia.

• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety / IOSH Managing Safety.
