役割・業務内容
- プロダクトや機能、新規キャンペーンのデザインを始動させるためのスタイル提案、スケッチ、モックアップ、プロトタイプの作成
- 世界的に人気のあるブランドを担当し、期待に沿った高品質で魅力的なデザインを実現する
- アートディレクションの実行を担い、新しい視点やインスピレーション、ベストプラクティス、実用的なソリューションを提案してクオリティ向上に貢献する
- クリエイティブ／クライアントのブリーフを詳細なデザインブリーフへと落とし込む
- ピクセルレベルの精度を重視し、常に品質を担保する
- クリエイティブディレクターやチームと連携し、デザインおよびプロセスがクライアントの目標や期待に沿っていることを確認する
応募要件
- デジタル広告や各種クリエイティブ制作において、シニア／リードデザイナーまたはアートディレクターとして6年以上の実務経験を持つ、技術力の高いデザイナー
- ポートフォリオで示される通り、Photoshopの高度なスキルを有していること
- 海外のクライアントやチームと協働するための高い英語コミュニケーション能力
- ローカルチームとの密な連携およびローカルマネジメントへの提案が可能な、日本語でのほぼネイティブレベルの運用能力
- コンセプト設計からレイアウトの最終化、各市場・フォーマットへの展開まで、デザインプロセス全体の経験
- テンプレート設計やプロセス最適化に関する知識・経験
- タイポグラフィ、インタラクションデザイン、導線設計、ストーリーテリングなどの基礎理解を持ち、ビジュアル面・機能面の両方でチームのアウトプット向上に貢献できる方
- 社内外の関係者に対してデザインの意図や価値を効果的に伝える力があり、クライアント向けプレゼンテーションの経験があれば尚可
