Role: Monday.com Solutions Architect / Monday.com Implementation Manager ($200 signing bonus)

Monthly Rate: $2000 - $2300/month

Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

This is a test of how keen you are with details and how well you follow instructions. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Important: By submitting your video, you grant Coconut permission to share it on our platforms to help increase your chances of being matched with a client. Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification.

Requirements

Experience Needed:

- Act as Monday.com Solutions Architect and Implementation Manager for Monday.com projects

- Leads client calls

- Takes the kickoff call with the client, determine what is needed to be built within Monday

- Design and build their Monday.com platform for the client and baseline integrations

- Manage the project, set milestone dates with the client, build the system

- Run the client training meetings

- Expand licenses where applicable

- Manage implementations and work with other more junior support members

Good to have:

- Monday.com certification

- Video and audio setup for client video calls

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Monday.com solutions architect experience building the architecture

- Monday.com experience with automations and integrations, CRMs

- Experience running Monday.com projects and end-user training

Industry/Tools Experience:

- Make

- Zapier

- N8N
