Join our AI Centre of Excellence in Poland, part of a global team of 9,000+ AI experts and data scientists. We partner with leading tech providers (AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, SAS) to build scalable AI solutions that drive real business impact.

• Contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives by applying your creativity, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud, generative, and agentic AI technologies.
• Work in agile, cross-functional teams combining technical, business, and data science expertise.
• Your accountability, responsibility, and autonomy will grow with your experience and seniority - we are looking for specialists with various experience levels.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in discipline like Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods.
• Experience in ML Engineering & Data Science, with knowledge of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, & frameworks like ScikitLearn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proficient with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, and tools for building ML models like AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure Machine Learning
• Experience with DevOps & application of CI/CD frameworks in ML, familiar with technologies like Terraform, Azure DevOps, Git.
• Very good command of English language.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow and model registry and lineage tools such as MLflow, SigOpt.
• Experience with data engineering and data lineage frameworks such as Apache Beam, Spark, Airflow and understand features store concepts such as Feast.
• Hands-on experience with Bash, Python or Java.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Our headquarters is in Warsaw, with an additional office in Kraków.
• Flexibility: While most of our work is delivered remotely, our consulting model - through Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) - also involves on-site collaboration. You should be willing and able to travel to client locations across Europe (and occasionally beyond) for short or long-term engagements, depending on project needs.
