יום בחייך ב-MKS:

כעובד/ת במחלקת התפעול, תהיה/י חלק מצוות ההנדסה ותעסוק/י בתכנון ופיתוח, תמיכה ושדרוג תהליכי הייצור, תוך לימוד מעמיק והכרת הציוד במטרה לפתח וליישם תהליכי תחזוקה שונים.

חברת MKS מספקת שירותים הכוללים פתרונות הגנה והרכבה למעגלים עבור מוליכים למחצה ומערכות אלקטרוניות, ומבטיחה עמידה בתקנים בינלאומיים ובקרת איכות ברמה גבוהה. בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י למנהל/ת הייצור.

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

• הובלה ושיפור של תהליכים ופרויקטים ברצפת הייצור

• הערכת תהליכים, ביצוע מדידות וניתוח הנתונים

• תכנון, הפעלה, בדיקה ושדרוג מערכות ותהליכים

• ביצוע הערכות סיכון בתהליכי ייצור

• טיפול במקרה של תקלה/הפסקת ייצור

• הובלה וניהול הפרויקטים מול קבלני משנה, ליווי שינוי תהליכים

• התנהלות שוטפת מול מחלקות הארגון: הנדסה, פיתוח, תפעול, רכש ואיכות

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

• הנדסאי/ת או מהנדס/ת אלקטרוניקה / מכונות / תעשייה וניהול או תחום טכני רלוונטי

• לפחות שנתיים ניסיון בסביבת ייצור תעשייתית, עדיפות לתעשיית האלקטרוניקה

• ניסיון והבנה בתהליכי הרכבות אלקטרוניות ומכאניות

• היכרות עם תהליכי בדיקות בייצור ויכולת תמיכה ופתרון תקלות בתהליך

• ניסיון בהגדרה, שיפור וייעול של תהליכי ייצור ובהטמעת שינויים ברצפת הייצור

• יכולת ניתוח תקלות, ביצוע Root Cause Analysis והובלת פעולות מתקנות

• ניסיון בהובלת פרויקטים ותהליכים מול ממשקים פנימיים ומול קבלני משנה

• יכולת עבודה עם ממשקים ומחלקות שונות, כגון הנדסה, פיתוח, איכות, תפעול ורכש

• יכולת כתיבה ועדכון של הוראות עבודה ותיעוד תהליכי ייצור

• ראייה מערכתית, יכולת עבודה עצמאית ויכולת Hands-on גבוהה

• אנגלית ברמה טובה – קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור

דרישות פיזיות ותנאי עבודה:

• העבודה באתר החברה בכרמיאל

• במסגרת התפקיד ישנה דרישה לנסיעות לקבלני משנה ולחו"ל בהתאם לצורך

• עבודה בהתאם לנהלי איכות הסביבה והבטיחות (EHS)

• גמישות בשעות העבודה לצורך תמיכה בייצור כולל משמרות, ימי שישי ושעות נוספות לפי הצורך

• מגורים באזור הצפון (הסעות מכרמיאל/ עכו/ נהריה/ מעלות/ קריות)
