Über diese Mission Success Lead, UA Stelle bei Neros Technologies
Who we are
Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment.
As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.
What you will be doing
As Mission Success Lead, you will own the relationship between Neros and the military units using our products in Ukraine. You will be the primary voice of the warfighter inside our organization — capturing real operational feedback, translating it into product direction, and ensuring every initiative moves from concept to deployment with full accountability.
Responsibilities
- Build deep understanding of military unit needs, combat experience, and operational challenges through systematic engagement and real-world scenario analysis
- Own the collection, documentation, and escalation of user feedback — through video, reports, and structured requests — and ensure it reaches the right teams with context and urgency
- Develop expert-level knowledge of Neros' product portfolio, its strengths and limitations in frontline conditions, and the most effective use cases and combinations for maximum warfighter impact
- Identify, generate, and validate new product ideas, integrations, and partnerships based on direct user needs
- Maintain a centralized tracker of user requests, commitments, product opportunities, and open initiatives — keeping them visible, current, and prioritized
- Support the Ukraine office in prioritizing product development, distribution, integrations, and engineering resource allocation
- Ensure effective coordination between military units, engineering, operations teams, and partners across the full lifecycle of each initiative
- Drive product and integration initiatives from need identification through concept, implementation, testing, user handoff, feedback collection, and impact assessment
- Build and lead a Mission Success team in Ukraine
You should have the following
- Proven experience in a customer success, mission support, field operations, role in defense, aerospace, or deep tech
- Strong understanding of how military units operate, communicate, and make decisions — direct military experience or extensive collaboration with Ukrainian armed forces is a strong advantage
- Strong existing relationships with military units, commanders, or decision-makers within the Ukrainian defense ecosystem
- Ability to translate operational field feedback into clear, actionable product requirements
- Experience managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in Ukrainian; conversational English is sufficient
- High ownership mindset: you follow things through without being asked twice
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with real stakes
Nice to Have
- Experience working with defense tech companies, volunteers, or procurement structures in Ukraine
- Familiarity with FPV systems — assembly, configuration, or operational use
- Background in product management, systems integration, or field operations coordination
