We’re looking for a craft-led designer who is up to date with best practice principles for digital, social and print. You’ll have a strong grasp of emerging design trends, generative AI, and brand storytelling—and a passion for crafting beautifully executed creative. If you can bring ideas to life across multiple channels while enjoying working across a broad range of B2C brands, this role would suit you.

Experience across retail clients is essential. You’ll be confident presenting your work and enjoy working independently, as well as part of a wider team, alongside copywriters, art directors, animators and AI specialists.

This role is collaborative, working with fellow creatives, operations teams and client service team members. A proactive mindset and a positive, team‑focused approach will set you up for success. Alongside creative concept development, you'll be equally comfortable delivering high-volume campaign rollouts, adapting existing creative across multiple formats, and producing accurate, high-quality artwork for print and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Design

Create compelling, effective concepts and designs across a variety of channels, including print, digital, social and in-store environments. Produce accurate, high-quality artwork and campaign adaptations, ensuring all work is on brand, technically correct and delivered to specification. You should have an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for craft and execution.

• Solid understanding of print production processes and preparing press-ready artwork.
• Ability to work accurately within established brand guidelines while maintaining high creative standards.
• Experience managing multiple projects and fast-paced delivery schedules.
• Strong artworking and production skills with exceptional attention to detail
  

Time Management

Plan and manage your workload effectively to meet agreed deadlines and budget expectations, communicating proactively if challenges arise.

Process & Efficiency

Work in line with established workflows—accurately estimating time, meeting deadlines, and completing timesheets as required.

Trend Awareness

Stay curious and informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh thinking and innovation to the team.

Artworking and quality control

Produce and check artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines, technical specifications and production requirements across all channels.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Firefly and Illustrator. Figma skills a bonus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting ideas clearly
• Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to flag challenges early when deadlines or workloads shift
• A sense of ownership over your creative output, seeking feedback at the right moments to elevate the work
