Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts calibration, preventive maintenance and repair activities according to company prescribed standards.
• Generates and distributes weekly recall notification to all concerned department.
• Controls, maintains and updates equipment history using recall system. Conducts regular monitoring of equipment performance and traceability.
• Facilitates preparation, planning, shipping and receiving test and measuring equipment under offshore services.
• Monitors and maintains the target metrics.
• Monitors and works on calibration overdue and backlogs.
• Creates and replenishes ref cal units used in hardware calibration and handler stability check.
• Checks calibration and PM certificate to ensure correctness and conformance of data to the required specifications.
• Assists engineers in the conceptualization, design, and qualification activities. Provides regular feedback to immediate supervisor on matters affecting equipment performance.
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and specifications in the execution of function including the proper use of tools and instruments.
• Recommends tools and instruments needed in the equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
• Generates daily activity reports to ensure proper endorsement to the next crew. Maintains good housekeeping habit and orderly work area.
• Ensures adherence to EHS safety procedures and use of safety equipment. Observes proper ESD precaution when handling electronic components, PCB’s and other electronic hardware.
• Participates on any trainings available as part of the organized learning. Participates in company quality improvement programs such as Kaizen, BTM, TQM and other related programs.
• Promotes and adheres to Company’s commitment on corporate social responsibility.
• Performs other related jobs/duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
