Requirements

• Job description Summary -

  Membership Sales Representatives are responsible for establishing partnerships with corporations, non-profits and community organizations within a defined geographical area(s).  Partners of BJ’s are able to offer a discounted BJ’s membership to their employees/community at no cost to their organization.  This remote position will be responsible for meeting and exceeding goals for new membership enrollments, which are achieved through building strong partnerships.  Superb relationship building and ‘closing’ skills are crucial to success.  Membership Sales Representatives must adhere to BJ’s code of conduct and sales policies.

  Job description Requirements –

• Must be an organized self-starter and self-motivator
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year Business-to-Business sales
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Prospecting sales experience in a customer-service oriented business preferred
• Strong closing and relationship building skills

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $16.59 - $21.88
