The Details You Need to Know:
Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

3–5 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist – You’ve seen it all and keep your cool no matter how busy it gets.
EMR Savvy – Experience with systems like Centricity or Phreesia is a huge plus.
Organized & Detail-Oriented – You know how to juggle tasks without letting the little things slip.
Strong Communication Skills – Whether on the phone or in person, you provide excellent customer service and clear, compassionate communication.
Reliable & Professional – Patients and team members can count on you to be consistent, respectful, and efficient.
High School Diploma or Equivalent – Required.
The Physical Side of the Job:
You'll be on your feet, moving around the office, assisting patients, and handling paperwork.

Compensation Offered:
Hourly - Hourly Plan, 22.50 USD HourlyThe salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role. Actual salary/rate may vary above or below based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
