We're opening an exciting new MECCA store in Belconnen, ACT, and we're looking for a passionate Operations Specialist to help bring it to life from day one on a permanent, part-time basis for 30 hours per week.

Our Belconnen store is expected to open in the final quarter of 2026, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.

As an Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role behind the scenes, making sure our store is organised, well-stocked and ready for our customers and team to deliver MECCA magic every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Keep the store well-stocked, organised and beautifully presented so our customers always have an exceptional experience

• Complete daily stock maintenance and cyclical stock management processes

• Support the Leadership Team to deliver operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences

• Identify and drive operational activities that contribute to overall store performance

• Help maintain high standards across stockroom organisation, replenishment and store presentation

• Contribute to a safe, organised and positive environment for our team and customers

Requirement of the role:

• Availability to work across early mornings, late evenings and weekends

• The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to the needs of a brand-new store
