As a Maximo Developer - Manager, you will specialize in Maximo applications, assisting clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to Maximo software. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver exceptional consulting services, helping clients achieve their strategic objectives by integrating and utilizing business applications effectively.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Maximo solutions to enhance client operations and asset management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Maximo with existing enterprise systems
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and resolve complex technical issues within Maximo applications
- Supporting client engagements by providing technical expertise in Maximo development and integration
- Leveraging emerging technologies to optimize Maximo functionalities and improve client outcomes
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and business objectives
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Maximo features and industry trends
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and address their specific needs
- Applying solution architecture skills to design scalable and efficient Maximo systems
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding of Maximo capabilities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering
