Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Materials Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to Test Engineering Manager, the Materials Supervisor, is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the site Materials management, covering the full spectrum of Purchasing, Planning and Inventory management.

What a typical day looks like:

• Assist with implementation of the site materials management policies and procedures  
• Ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements while maintaining acceptable inventory levels 
• Develop materials schedules and coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering 
• Assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team (required):

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• A background in manufacturing.
• Experience in materials management.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Knowledge and use of Excel.
• Knowledge of database management
• Experience in using Baan, SAP or similar.
• Personnel Management
• Experience with test equipment, preventive maintenance, and calibration control.
• Flexible schedule availability
• English is a plus
• Experiencie in testing and automation is a must.
