Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara North, Campus.

Reporting to the Director, Materials, this role will be responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers and maintain outsources parts schedules.

What a typical day looks like:

• Opening of WOs according to revisions and ECOS implemented.
• Review Capacity and Bottleneck Study.
• Make and collect production plans
• Make and collect production plans.
• Review shorts report.
• Lead CTB Board.
• Operations Board and CFT.
• Production Plan Follow-up.
• Hold BKLF Allocation at ZERO.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• MPA experience or similar position.
• Experience in electronics industries.
• English advance (spoken and written).
• CTB and procurement knowledge.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Customer service experience.
