Structural Heart Business Mission:  why we exist
Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease.

PRIMARY FUNCTION / OBJECTIVE
The position is to evaluate, plan and execute on bringing new innovative Structural Heart technologies and business models by supporting and working with Marketing Manager. Working closely with marketing and sales team, internal stakeholder and physicians to implement marketing plans, strategies and messaging around Structural Heart therapies. Focused on market share, procedural share and top line growth for the overall portfolio.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY
Directly reporting to the marketing manager, must be able to communicate effectively, align priorities and execute in a disciplined manner. Must be a good team player with sales team, cross functional teams and APAC marketing as well as other countries to maximize the synergy. 
Provides operational, marketing support across SH portfolio and serves as a key communicator for specific marketing projects with the field team and internal stakeholders.

• Responsible for marketing communication. Works with agencies and partners to promote marketing message & products and engaging materials that comply with brand standards and Regulatory requirements.
• Supporting marketing manager to develop Korea long-term strategy and action plans based on understanding details from each franchises. Responsible to articulate the right strategy based on diverse input from different stakeholders.
• Support market model, data & business intelligence management: Develop and manage the Korea market models to project the market outlook to support any of strategic direction decision making process and investment planning. Also responsible for collecting market data and business intelligence by collaborating with the sales team. Support the team to understand the market insight using the database with the right level of data analytics and regular update. 
• Must be able to deliver business partnership management including distributors. 
• Regional events management working in collaboration with sales team.

Responsibilities also include: developing future e-commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for marketing promotions.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

Bachelor's Degree Required

Minimum of 5-6 years relevant marketing experience

Strong analytical, problem solving, quick thinker and decision-making skills

Proven interpersonal, presentation skills and business acumen

Language Requirements - English: Native/ Fluent
