The Role:

Key Responsibilities

1. 行銷活動與內容執行（Campaign & Content Execution）

- 協調線上與線下的行銷活動執行。

- 建立、更新並發布社群媒體及其他行銷管道的內容。

2. 專案協調（Project Coordination）

- 協調專案時程，並追蹤執行進度。

- 與內部團隊及外部行銷供應商合作，確保專案依照預定時程完成。

3. 行銷營運管理（Marketing Operations）

- 支援日常行銷營運工作，包括採購申請、行銷素材管理及行政流程相關事項。

- 維護並整理行銷資源及相關文件資料。

4. 報告與績效追蹤（Reporting & Performance Tracking）

- 準備相關報告並追蹤關鍵績效指標(KPI)，以支援行銷績效檢視與分析。

The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong data handling, coordination, and communication skills, capable of supporting marketing operations, reporting, and campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Content Execution

- Coordinate marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

- Create, update, and publish content across social media and other marketing channels.

2. Project Coordination

- Coordinate project timelines and follow up on execution progress.

- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

3. Marketing Operations

- Support day-to-day marketing operations, including procurement requests, marketing asset management, and administrative processes.

- Maintain organized marketing resources and documentation.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Prepare reports and track KPIs to support marketing performance review.

Requirements

• Around 2~3 year of experience in marketing or sales support roles

• Basic understanding of marketing activities and campaign execution

• Good Excel skills and comfortable with data tracking and simple reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle data and documentation accurately

• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on timelines

• Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work with different stakeholders

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn

• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce is a plus

• Basic PowerPoint or Canva skills is a plus
