Your Role
You'll join emnify's Centre of Excellence marketing team in Berlin, working directly alongside a number of our senior team members based in Berlin and the broader global campaigns team. This is a hands-on, full-time internship where you'll take real ownership of the day-to-day marketing activities that keep our global campaigns, social channels, and events moving — freeing senior team members to focus on strategy and revenue-driving initiatives. You'll be embedded in the team from day one, learning from people who are running global programmes across multiple markets.
Why emnify
IoT connectivity is one of the fastest-growing segments in enterprise technology, and emnify sits at its centre — connecting devices across 180+ countries for some of the world's most critical industries. This isn't a role where you'll be fetching coffee and watching from the sidelines. You'll be actively contributing to live campaigns, touching tools and platforms that most graduates spend years trying to get access to, and working in a team that genuinely experiments with what's new — including AI tools, emerging ad platforms, and global event activations. For someone early in their marketing career, the breadth and pace of exposure here is rare.
Your Impact
- Own the day-to-day coordination of organic social media activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook — drafting copy, scheduling posts, and keeping content consistent with our brand.
- Support the execution of global marketing campaigns by coordinating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external vendors — including sourcing print partners, managing logistics for events, and tracking deliverables.
- Drive content production for smaller campaign assets using AI tools and Canva, working within brand guidelines to turn briefs into ready-to-publish materials quickly.
- Build your understanding of CRM and marketing automation by working inside HubSpot and Salesforce — supporting campaign asset creation, list management, and performance reporting.
- Contribute to campaign measurement by pulling data from Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads, and helping the team report on KPIs and performance.
What We Expect
- Currently studying towards a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field — or an equivalent programme that brings relevant foundations
- Based in Berlin and available to work on-site five days per week
- Fluent in both German and English — you'll be communicating with local vendors, internal stakeholders, and global partners
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders at once, without losing track of what's priority
- Some hands-on experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta) — whether through coursework, personal projects, or previous work
- Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools would be beneficial
- Basic comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar for research, drafting, and ideation
- Any exposure to CRM or email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar) is a genuine advantage
- Some prior work experience — in any context — that shows you can take initiative, follow through, and work as part of a team
- Coachability — we want someone who is excited to grow with us
Your First 6 Months
In your first few weeks, you'll get to know the team, the tools, and how emnify's campaigns are structured — shadowing team members and getting hands-on with the platforms and workflows we use daily. You'll start picking up live tasks quickly: scheduling social posts, coordinating with vendors, and supporting small campaign deliverables so the team can see how you work.
By month two or three, you'll be managing recurring tasks with increasing independence — owning the social calendar, handling supplier coordination end-to-end, and producing campaign assets without needing a detailed brief every time.
By the halfway mark, the goal is for you to be running your areas of ownership confidently, contributing ideas in team discussions, and actively supporting live event and campaign activations. Success at this stage means the team trusts you to manage your own workload and flag problems before they become blockers.
Why It Might Not Be a Match
- You're looking for a role where your scope is narrow and specialised. This internship spans social media, events, vendor coordination, content creation, and more — if you'd rather go deep on one thing than be useful across many, this probably isn't the right fit right now.
- You prefer a lot of structured guidance before taking action. The team will support you and invest in your development, but they need someone who leans in, takes ownership, and asks questions along the way — not someone who waits to be told exactly what to do.
