Working at the intersection of Category Marketing, Regional V2M, and Innovation, you will identify emerging market signals, lifestyle shifts, competitive developments, and technology trends that inform category strategies and growth opportunities. You will translate complex market insights into actionable recommendations and support the successful commercialization of innovative scent solutions across global markets.
Where You'll Make a Difference
- Analyze: Dive into local and global market data, technological advancements, industry dynamics, lifestyle trends to uncover trends and insights that will fuel the category strategy and innovation positioning
- Report: Develop comprehensive reports on new product introductions, market trends and consumer preferences to inform the category innovation and V2M teams
- Innovate: Support the development, positioning, and commercialization of new scent technologies and fragrance solutions, helping bring innovation concepts from idea to market launch.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate supporting marketing efforts to commercialize IFF’s innovation pipeline and customer growth initiatives
- Communicate: Create impactful presentations, launch toolkits, innovation stories, and customer-facing content that clearly articulate IFF's value propositions and category leadership.
- Influence: Provide actionable insights that support business development and strengthen customer relationships.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in marketing, business, or fragrance technology
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in Fragrances, Fabric and Home Care
- Strategic Mindset: Able to connect consumer, customer, market, and technology trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Digital & AI Fluency: Advanced PowerPoint and data visualization skills, with hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to generate insights, create content, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Innovation Orientation: Experience supporting innovation development, commercialization, and product launches.
- Storytelling Excellence: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex information into compelling, audience-specific narratives.
- Proactive & Agile: Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative: Effective team player with the ability to work across functions and regions.
