How You’ll Make An Impact
- Failure management:
- Functioning as a quality interface to the customer
- Leading the problem-solving process for 0km claim handling and reporting the result to the customer in 8D report format
- Coordinating the return process of the 0km claimed parts/resident engineering activity
- Organizing sorting and rework actions in the customer’s warehouse
- Initiation of Q-Alerts
- Participation in PFMEA
- Supporting problem-solving at highlighted problems in the production
- Initial Sampling/ Change management:
- Managing Production process and Product Approvals process according to VDA2 requirements with the customer and the Harman internal functions for getting PPA approvals for the parts
- Releasing product/process changes
- Creating/maintaining the part histories
- Support the software verification process in accordance with software check list
- Process audit:
- Participating in the internal process sign-off (IPSO) audits, yearly process audits according to VDA6.3 requirements and following-up the actions for the findings
- Hosting and executing the external process sign-off (EPSO) audits for process acceptance according to Formel-Q requirements (PCA2) of the VW Group and following-up the actions for the findings
- Safe Launch:
- Planning, getting approval and monitor the Safe Launch Plan (SLP)
- Reporting:
- Preparing monthly report for 0km quality performance
- Evaluation of the current ppm numbers
- Monitoring Turn Around Time (TAT) of customer complaints
- Making failure statistics for 0km complaints
What Makes You A Strong Fit
· 3-5 years of experience with quality management in the automotive industry
· 2-3 years of experience with customer support/service
· Demonstrable knowledge of automotive Quality core tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP, 8D) and VDA requirements (VDA 2, VDA 6.3, VDA 8D)
· Proficiency in problem solving with 8D methodology
· Knowledge of automotive industry requirements (IATF16949)
Bonus Points if You Have
· Knowledge of VW Group’s requirements (Formel-Q)
· Experience working with VW Group’s Supply portal (KPM, BeOn, LION), SAP system
· You have a working knowledge of German.

· You have a valid driver’s license
· Due to the nature of global infrastructure, you understand that flexibility in working hours is required
