Leidos’ Defense Sector Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Program Integrator to join our Platform Integration team located in Huntsville, AL.
The position will perform a key function serving as the Production Integrator point between the IFPC Program and the Leidos Defense Sector Manufacturing Team. This role will integrate manufacturing activities at the Huntsville, AL site to ensure appropriate planning, organizing, and efficient execution of manufacturing and testing scope for the program. The selected candidate will provide program integration support within the ongoing prototype/development program, will support risk development, track production milestones, major reviews, and Contract Deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities
Support the Program Manager with all tasks needed to make decisions about the execution of program resources, planning and implementation.
Provide Production program support to the Program Office by assisting and coordinating plans and operations.
Coordinating major briefs with internal and external stakeholders.
Track project milestones, deliverables, major reviews and action items.
Complete assignments on-time and clearly communicate interim status and any changes or concerns.
Clearly read, interpret and present complex information; interact with customers, partners, colleagues, and senior management; listen well; and resolve issues identified by stakeholders.
Support Production control account cost, budget and schedule activities.
Coordinate and implement corrective actions.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience working in a related job assignment.
Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office application.
Candidate must have strong personal organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work on as well as manage a team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
Candidate must be a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing management for Defense, Aerospace or Commercial projects.
Experience with AS9100 standards.
Experience with Costpoint MRP.
Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems.
Experience planning hardware product realization efforts.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerBI, advanced Excel usage, SQL queries, and advanced data reporting/management.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
