• 同相关头部平台对接，完成销售/GMV指标，督促并实现组织、执行并完成相关O2O平台计划、目标；
• 有效优化流量&投资，平衡和控制客户投资与年度计划预算执行、控制及监督管理，确保费用使用的有效性及真实性；
• 推进O2O数字化赋能线下团队，建立相关激励、考核、复盘机制，提升渠道数字化能力
• 同消费者营销、财务、销售运营以及Global相关团队协同，推动即时零售相关渠道产品策略落地
• 搭建闪电仓RTM model，制定对应的覆盖计划和建立合理合作和管理模式；
• 团队管理 & 销售团队能力赋能

• 本科以上学历；
• 良好的沟通，协调和组织能力；强的跨部门沟通能力；
• 良好的数据分析能力，并具有敏锐的市场洞察力；
• 强烈的责任心，进取心和个人发展意愿；
• 抗压性强
• 8年以上快速消费品客户管理相关经验，2年以上O2O管理经验；
• 英文听，读，写，说能够熟练运用；
