About the Role

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for Manager, Propositions GTM who is responsible for

• Planning, developing, driving and executing impactful go-to-market (GTM) strategies for AIA’s product and proposition portfolio across distribution channels.

• Ensuring each proposition is launched with clear positioning, compelling customer relevance, effective sales enablement, and measurable business impact.

• Building/coaching high performance team to ensure deliver expected outcomes.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Propositions GTM (60%)

• Develop and standardize the Go-To-Market (GTM) framework across Distribution channels to ensure consistent and effective launches.

• Partner with Proposition Development teams to translate customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis into compelling proposition positioning, value propositions, and GTM strategies.

• Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new and existing propositions, including launch strategy, product packaging, customer communication, sales activation, and performance tracking.

• Drive the development and deployment of proposition collateral, sales tools, training materials, sales scripts, and customer-facing content to support distribution effectiveness.

• Collaborate with Distribution, Marketing, Training, ECM, Digital, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure launch readiness and successful execution of GTM initiatives.

• Drive a Customer-Centric selling approach by transforming proposition conversations from product-feature-focused discussions to customer needs, pain points, and solution-based recommendations.

Team management (30%)

• Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational results. Detail review to ensure quality of operations and run results of individual staff.

• Train team members and hold career development conversations to help them grow in their roles.

Other (10%)

• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders on distribution channels.

• Ensure compliance with local, group standards and all regulations.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education – bachelor’s degree from reputable universities. Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience – At least 5 years of experience in Life / Health Insurance, Financial Services. Experience in product marketing, life insurance product sales training is preferred.   

• Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, both written and oral.
