We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape MEDI's next wave of growth.

This is not a traditional product management role focused on incremental feature development. You will be responsible for discovering new growth opportunities, engaging directly with customers, evaluating emerging technologies, and transforming market needs into scalable products that can be commercialized globally and deliver measurable customer impact.

You'll work at the intersection of product strategy, customer discovery, AI, commercialization, and technology, helping define the future of one of Mastercard's fastest-growing intelligence businesses.

- Shape products that help some of the world's largest financial institutions improve payment performance, reduce operational friction, and protect revenue.
- Work on cutting-edge innovation areas including AI-powered recommendations, agentic user experiences, APIs, agentic commerce, stablecoin commerce, 3rd party partnerships, and more.
- Partner directly with customers to uncover opportunities and influence Mastercard's product strategy.
- Build entirely new capabilities and business opportunities rather than simply maintaining existing products.
- See your ideas move from customer discovery and business case development through global launch and commercialization.
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, regional market leads, and more.


Role Responsibilities

- Lead customer and market discovery activities to identify, validate, and prioritize new product opportunities.
- Conduct opportunity sizing, business case development, and investment recommendations.
- Translate customer needs into product concepts, customer journeys, MVP definitions, success metrics, and business requirements.
- Lead product initiatives that touch on topics like: AI, agentic user experiences, APIs, agentic commerce, stablecoin commerce, 3rd party partnerships, and more.
- Partner with Product Development teams to shape solution designs and support delivery of new capabilities.
- Contribute to pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies alongside Product Enablement and Sales organizations.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to advance strategic initiatives from concept through launch.


All About You

You may come from Product Management, Product Strategy, Management Consulting, Payments, Fintech or Technology. Most importantly, you're passionate about understanding customer problems and turning them into successful products.

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience in product management, product strategy, consulting, or related roles within payments, fintech, or technology businesses.
- Experience leading customer discovery, opportunity assessment, and business case development.
- Experience defining product requirements and working with cross-functional teams to deliver new capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven prioritization decisions.
- Understanding of data products, APIs and emerging technologies such as (agentic) AI.
- Understanding of commercialization fundamentals, including pricing, value proposition development, and go-to-market strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and senior leadership levels.
- A self-starter mindset with high ownership, curiosity, and a passion for building new things.
