Boliden is a high-tech metals company with its own mines and smelters that works long-term to guarantee society's access to base and precious metals. For a century, our work has been part of the value chains that have shaped modern society. At Boliden, we know that the metals we mine and make available will continue to play a crucial role in the future – what matters is how we produce them. Become a part of us and drive change for generations to come.

At Boliden, finance is about much more than reporting numbers. It is about understanding what drives business performance, identifying opportunities and helping shape decisions that support long-term value creation.

Your opportunity

As Manager Group Business Control, you will play a central role in connecting financial insights with strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organization, providing analysis and perspectives that help guide Boliden's continued growth and development.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining business understanding, financial analysis and leadership in a collaborative environment. You will join a company with an important role in the transition to a more sustainable society while contributing to decisions that have a real impact on the business.

What you bring

We believe you are someone who enjoys solving complex business questions together with others. You are analytical and structured, but equally comfortable building relationships and communicating insights in a way that creates understanding and engagement. You take ownership of your work, collaborate naturally across functions and maintain a long-term perspective even when priorities change quickly.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • A valid driver's license (B).

It is considered an advantage if you have:

  • Experience from a listed company or a large international organization.

  • Experience implementing or developing reporting, planning or financial systems.
