Key responsibilities include: 

Engineered Product and Solution Governance   

• Lead teams responsible for engineered product (specials) creation, design and quotation processes.  

• Ensure ETQ/OTD processes support special products and solutions offer while enabling standard product profitable sales.  

• Own governance frameworks, process documentation, roles, and KPIs.  

• Drive continuous improvement aligned with product strategy, segment strategy and business priorities.  

• Ensure alignment between product processes and adjacent functions (Quality, Supply Chain, IT). 

People Leadership & Stakeholder Management  

• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams of process owners and professionals.  

• Ensure clear accountability, role clarity, and performance management within teams.  

• Act as a key interface between Product Management & R&D and Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, Digital, and IT.  

• Drive adoption of new processes, standards, and tools across the organization.  

Product Management and R&D Management Team Member  

• Active management team member driving our strategic direction within the department  

• Driving and enabling through a holistic approach the delivery on PM and R&D OKR’s and KPI’s  

• Supporting other management team members and their teams as needed  

• Driving change and team development throughout the PM and R&D organization  

Candidate Profile :

12+ years of experience in the metal machining industry, with at least 10 years in Applications. Relevant experience in Customized tooling, Process engineering, Manufacturing engineering, Continuous improvement. With Technical expertise on Customized cutting tools, tool design principles, CAD/CAM environments, Production processes.
