Brief on Role:

• Managing a set of partners/distribution outfits & gunning for the best possible share of the distribution space.

• Ensure adherence to the stipulated sales processes and ensure right communication both internally and externally

What are the ongoing responsibilities of Sales Manager ?

• Responsible for managing set of relationships (IMFDs/NDs) and driving sales KPIs for the designated distribution partners while reporting to Vertical head.

• Responsible for driving the sales strategy of the company, also responsible for giving the management on-ground feedback on the strategy.

• Responsible for generating sales of the company’s products and achieving the desired market share and other KRAs

• The person is responsible for working closely with the Distributors in the region to achieve maximum possible penetration in the distributor system.

• Identify and acquire new distribution partners and strengthen relationships with existing partners

• Taking various sales initiatives with the distribution channel.

• Participating in various distribution initiatives taken by the firm.

• Achieve defined Gross, Net Sales and Asset targets defined each year for self and team.

• Monitoring of Sales Metrics – MIS, Mathematics of Retail, Talisma- Sales reporting with quality KPIs, Budgets, Activities, Call Reports, Weekly management reports, etc.

• Ability to demonstrate role model behavior about FT values and culture

• Leading from the front to demonstrate success

• Facilitate the implementation and acceptance of change

• Encourage and support a learning culture in the cluster/region

• Local travel within the Delhi/NCR cluster

• Responsible for sales generation, which will ultimately generate revenue for the organization
